Jump to User Credit Platform（API-C05）
Interface description
When the seller clicks to apply for a loan in the E-commerce platform, Dowsure will divert the seller to the specified user-side URL (redirect to the specified URL) according to the quasi-rules provided by the user.
The whole credit granting process uses the seller's application form number as the dimension for data association.
